When we receive an enquiry we make an arrangement to visit you. This enables us to understand your cleaning requirements, advise on the best cleaning package, measure accurately, provide you with a written quotation and answer any questions. There is no obligation, nor is anyone ever put under pressure to make a booking. The quotation stands for 6 months, so you may choose to have the cleaning done a few months down the line. What ever you decide, we’re happy with.

If you do decide to go ahead with the work, we arrange a time to suit you – this could be within a couple of days or a week or so depending on the time of year.
